Terms of Service

1. Service Overview

String uses a proprietary machine-learning model to surface newly launched Pump.fun tokens that fit historical performance metrics. We deliver these token alerts and periodic "leaderboards" (e.g., 24-hour performance summaries) through our Telegram channel. The Service is informational only and does not provide investment, trading, or financial advice.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your jurisdiction, if higher) and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements and that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to securities and digital assets.

3. Account & Access

Access to certain features (e.g., paid tiers or restricted Telegram groups) may require registration or authentication. You are responsible for safeguarding any credentials (Telegram accounts, API keys, etc.) and for all activities that occur under your access. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees & Payment

If we offer paid subscriptions or one-time purchases, fees, billing cycles, refund policies, and accepted payment methods will be disclosed at the point of sale. All payments are non-refundable unless we state otherwise or required by law.

5. Permitted Use & Prohibited Conduct

You agree to use the Service solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You will not:

• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right (including securities laws)
• Publish, share, or resell String data in a way that misrepresents it as financial advice
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, exploit, or disrupt our systems, models, or bots
• Use the Service to facilitate money laundering, market manipulation, fraud, or any other illicit activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for any violation.

6. No Financial or Investment Advice

All content provided through the Service—alerts, leaderboards, commentary, analytics, or otherwise—is for informational purposes only. We do not recommend, endorse, or guarantee any token, strategy, or outcome. Always conduct your own research and consult qualified professionals before making investment decisions. Past performance is not indicative of future results.

7. Intellectual Property

String, including all software, models, graphics, text, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. Access grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to view and use the content for personal, non-commercial purposes. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

8. Third-Party Content & Links

The Service may reference or link to Pump.fun, Telegram, block explorers, or other third-party platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, products, or services. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and the third party.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to those practices.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY RESULTS OR DATA WILL BE ACCURATE, COMPLETE, OR RELIABLE.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL STRING, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES (INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION) ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE—EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) US $100 OR (B) THE TOTAL AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRIOR TO THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless String and its affiliates from any claim, demand, or liability (including legal fees) arising out of your (a) use or misuse of the Service, (b) violation of these Terms, or (c) violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

14. Modifications to the Service or Terms

We may update the Service or these Terms at our discretion. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Fairfax County, Virginia, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

16. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

17. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional guidelines we post, constitute the entire agreement between you and String regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements or understandings.
